Progressive primary schools in the North West have already begun to introduce Mandarin into their curricular and extra-curricular timetables, motivated by the increasing need for our young global citizens to develop an appreciation of East Asian languages and cultures.

Primary and pre-school is a great time to introduce children to a second language - young brains can adapt to the new skills with greater ease and fewer preconceptions than older children.

With its tones, Chinese is highly musical, making it an incredibly fun and surprisingly easy language for young children to get to grips with.  The new script also gives some children who struggle with alphabetic writing styles the opportunity to excel in, and enjoy, a form of written communication.

It's All Chinese was developed in response to the need for engaging and well-structured Mandarin courses delivered by experienced classroom managers, with an understanding both of the expectations of English schools and of the needs of young language learners. 

Our teaching style is fun, multisensory and interactive - after all, enjoyment and accessing plenty of practice are the best ways to excel at language learning.  Employing visual, auditory and kinaesthetic methods in teaching and learning ensures that every child is engaged in the enjoyment of language acquisition.

We provide all our own materials and lesson plans involving lots of speaking, listening, singing and games, as well as reading and writing the Chinese script.  Alternatively, if you already follow a scheme of work for Mandarin and need a qualified teacher to deliver the lessons, we can help. 

We can offer weekly lessons as part of a school's timetabled curriculum, enrichment opportunities for PPA cover, short courses, and exciting options for extended schooling: lunchtime, before-school and after-school clubs.
