It's All Chinese is a Manchester-based educational, training and consultancy company specialising in everything Chinese.  It works on the premise that cultural understanding, and particularly foreign language skills, are the most important requirements for the global citizens of today; and that now, more than ever, Asian languages demand our attention. 

We believe that promoting mutual respect and understanding through language is essential to build and sustain the most successful professional, personal and international relationships - now and for the future.

It's All Chinese is run by Charlotte Foster, BA (Hons), PGCE - a Chinese graduate and fully qualified teacher with additional training in the teaching of second languages.  She has implemented a teaching philosophy based on many years' experience of language teaching and learning in England, China and Taiwan.  It is her firm belief that language learning should be exciting, attainable and inspiring for all.  Every learner - child or adult - should be able to measure their progress, and enjoy their success.  Only then will they have the confidence to use and extend their new communication skills in different situations. 

Perhaps the most unique aspect of the It's All Chinese methodology is the understanding that beginner language learners can often make better progress with a qualified and passionate non-native speaker of the target language than with a native speaker.  It is crucial in the early and intermediate stages of second language learning to benefit from a teacher who can explain the nuances of an unfamiliar language in the learner's own mother tongue, and who can make the links that the learner can relate to.  This is, perhaps, even more important when learning Chinese - a language which seems so mysterious, and which has earned a reputation for difficulty.  We are here to alleviate concerns, and prove that Chinese can be mastered.

We know that inspiring confidence in learners is the true route to enjoyment and success.
